What time (and time zone) do the daily quests get reset? I thought I might have seen 05:00 US ET?

Um after exactly 24h (1440 min) if I'm not mistaken.
So starting one at Monday 3:14:30 pm and ending at Tuesday 3:14:30 pm for example.
