Ive been playing from before pvp was added, and one thing that i have noticed is how popular pvp is at different times.
its always unpopular when a new map comes out, for obvious reasons.
its always most popular once everyone has farmed the new map and has the new gear. not many people pvp with out all good items.
Twinking gets popular when people get bored of the level cap pvp.
