Rogue build help plz

I've been playing for a few months now and switched to rogue a little whole ago about 2 weeks ago. And I love the play but I can't figure out a good build since the lvl cap. Any advice? Main goal right now is PvE just to get a good hang of it. Thanks.

What is your build now?

Right now I level 15.
Going 80% dex 20% str
Pets are the random cheap plus dex.
And skills are
- aim shot (maxed)
- Shield (maxed)
- Razor (no rush or death)
- veil ( just one. I don't think I like it)
Armor is from the bundle pack since double plat for game downloads I bought it.

Hmm i think he said it wrong lol. probably Shield = razor shield and that razor = Shadow Piercer gives me the idea on what he said "No rush or death"
