Banned?! :(

I was playing perfectly fine. I take a 5 minute break and i comeback to see "Your Device has been banned for violation of terms: 7Days" but I have no idea what i did to get banned. Can someone tell me what I might have done to get banned or where I might be able to check to see mg reason for getting banned?
