Most probably they will not give you the swap. Why? Because whenever you buy anything from the Platinum store, they would try to confirm your order.
If its within one month if purchase they can, if you purchased longer then that then I don't think they can.. And please take some English classes geez.. Uhkount is account..

i sent the devs an email the same day i bought which was tuesday with no reply. its still has not been a month so i can still get dady long legs ?
Just wait the can take 2 days or up to a week to reply you will be fine they will always give you a refund.
