Been trying to get her to spawn for a week now. Spending about 45 minutes at a time farming the Cultist Crypts.

Is there a special trigger for her? Do I need to completely clear the instance before she'll spawn like the boss? About to give up honestly.

There is no trigger, its all about chance. Keep at it, she will spawn. :-)

Usually after about 4 or 5 hours of it I'll get lucky. (Hell, I had 2 spawn back to back the other day. Spoiled me.)

I'll keep plugging at it!
