Guild Bulletin Board

Pretty simple, a bulletin board in Guild Hall where Master and Officers can post messages to the Guild. Things like Guild Events, Rules, and Recruiting Guidelines. Using Guild chat just doesn't work and posting on these forums is not for everyone either. You could limit the number of messages and their length.

This would be highly valuable for Guild communications.
