Pending Platinum Problem.. Help please!

So I believe this qualifies as a technical error.. You be the judge. I have roughly 80-90 "Pending" platinum. I have downloaded app after app and did what was asked of me to receive my FREE platinum. In my history is it just telling me it's all Pending. :/
Can someone assist me?

How long is it "pending" for?
Maybe just wait, and it will work soon..

If it is still pending in some days, you can email support there : http://support.spacetimestudios.com/
However, they do'nt answer on week ends, so you'll have to wait tuesday or something..

Sts hasn't much to do with W3I who control the free platinum offers they just support it.
We can't really help you and the Devs can't reall fix that, just try to e-mail the W3I customer support to get some explanation.

Also in most cases you will get refunded for all apps/service offers you completed successfully and which are not older then 7 days. This in a period of 1-2 Days. (I can not guarantee this though).

yeah, you need to download, instal AND run the application for like 1-2min to make it work normally.
