Do developers still delevel players? Or did they stop after the Mount Fang update

I heard in rare cases if you accidentally went over one lvl they would delevel u once, other then that try walking backwards through a map to see if that helps

This is what Samhayne said:

Which is, in part, why the Customer Support Team will no longer de-level characters. If you want a lower level alt, create a new one. We won't de-level them for you.

This is what Samhayne said:

Well they did it for me a few weeks ago, I do not think they do it in more then increments of 1-3 levels and it depends on what support member you get.

Im sure they will delevel one character by 1 level.. every once in a while. Maybe a 2-3 month span. Only if you went overboard accidently. Other than that i doubt it.

I think it's silly for players to have the satisfaction of having (for example) 300/300 XP, and then accidentally killing one more monster to level up. Once you get the level you want, just stay there and click the little checkmark that turns off XP.

Although, I think STS should allow the option for one delevel per person. I'm at the 76 cap now, which frankly I hate because it's unbalanced, and I'd love to be deleveled to 56.

Make a 56 then!

They only are only going to delevel you 1 level if they still do.

Also jigs' point is a great factor here.

Just don't exaggerate with it:

FYI, repeatedly asking different devs actually really ticks us off. Be careful in pushing to get a developer's attention, the attention you get is probably not the attention you want.

Gonna close this one up now... *clickity clack*

Yep it's a 1 level limit as i leveled all 6 of my 56s to 57 to see if drop rate increases and it does a bit (Somehow) but at this state of pocket legends Support simply will not answer anymore as i've seen numerous emails this month before quitting about a issue and it has not been solved and still pending after a month or two so good luck :-)

Sure, I emailed them and they said no to just (1) de level, dunno whatsup there

Edit: Never-mind, I think I know why they wouldn't de level one of my characters >.<

Well, there hasn't been one time when they wouldn't delvl my character yet. But take Shelby on the other hand. He kept asking them to delvl one char over and over, intentionally always lvling it just to annoy them. I don't see how that's funny, since it may only cause troubles for people who really did make a genuine mistake and don't want to level a new 71 just because they killed one more mob. I'd advise you to always be polite when asking them for favors and thanking them afterwards, who knows, being polite might even make them smileeee. :')

Yeah they probably take count and limit the amount of times, I would say fair enough to that I would understand.
