I think this ranking should be fair
Guild Master(can promote anyone)
Chief Officer(can kick members, recruiters, officers & can only promote members to recruiters)
Officer(same as old, can kick members or recruiters)
Recruiter(same as old)
Member(same as old)

Nah senior officer? I dont like it both are officers and you left co-master there could only be 3 co-masters

Can't you keep it on one thread? :cower:
Anyway, More Ranks:
GM
Officers
Champion: a usually temporary position of honour
Hero: an important guild member, distinguished but not an officer
Recruiters
Standards: regular members, active
Noob/Recruit: a new member, still learning the game, and loyalty is unknown
Slave: position of punishment, maybe broke guild code of conduct, but booting is unwanted
Also it would fit this system well if your guild rank was displayed in your character page
Other I would like to see
Pvp officer,
Training officer (could be broken down by class)
Arms master/mistress,
Crafting master,
then ranks for members such as
private,
corporal,
sergeant, etc..
