The general idea about this guild is that all the good guild features gathers here , and we aim to the present and the future, we aim for pVE,and PVP too ,and we take care of our players !

Ranks&promotion/demotion system :
- Member : to become a member you have to reach the following standards :
1-The previous level cap Ex: when the level cap is 31 the minimum level to join will be 26.
2- comply to the rules when you join
3- be proud and know that you are in a guild where lots of people will be in soon
4- wear our guild title !
Duty : be active , try to reach the next rank , be polite and respectful,comply with the rules
-Recruiter : to become a recruiter you have to achieve the following standards :
1- prove yourself : show me that you are worthy to reach this honourable rank
2- reach at least the elite cap but -1 ex: if the level cap was 31 you have to be 29
3- be in the guild for at least 8 days .
4- wear decent gear : I mean decent not the best decent is enough
5- apply on our forums at the application's thread (revolution.guildlaunch.com)if you are not promoted after 8 days
Note : you can only apply to become a recruiter
Duty : not doing your job is a cause of demotion , and believe me you will have to work hard to get this rank
1- recruit at least 1 member\day , this guild complies to " it's about the quality not the quantity "
2- inform your every member that you recruit about our culture .
3- listen to the ranks that are higher than you .
4- tell any higher rank than you each time you recruit ( pm )
5- keep reminding new members to read our guild thread
6- be aware of our "not welcome list"
7- comply with the rules

How to be an officer ?
then at each weekend there will be a meeting each officer/master will vote for a recruiter
After 4 weeks the most recruiter that the officer gave their votes for may be promoted .
Here are some hints and standards that will help you to be an officer
1- be nice, polite , respectful and beat people with your kindness
2- prove yourself more than 1 time , to reach this great rank you will have to prove yourself !
3- you will have to be at the level cap
4- be a recruiter already and recruit suitable players .
5- be in the guild at least for 30 days
Duty: not doing your job is a cause of demotion , and this rank is really hard to get
1- handle all the situation and report the incident to me at the weekend meeting if it wasn’t
Importantly , if it was reported as soon as I'm online
2- think twice before kicking any member and warn twice before kicking then ask one of the chief officers or the master or the co-master ,inform me about all the kick cases as soon as I come online if I was offline .
3- review the performance of the recruiter(s) and report to me at the weekend meeting
4- come online daily .
5- don’t question the higher ranks decisions
6- keep reminding new members to read our guild thread
Features :
1-Each officer will receive 25,000 gold at the end of each month for his efforts
2- before demoting or removing an officer all officers and higher ranks will vote at our court ( guild hall)
3- your opinion will be heard your decision is not doubtable, but there are few cases that it would be doubtable.
Note : 1 recruiter only (maximum ) will be promoted to officer rank each month
Chief officer ( very hard to reach ) : this rank is only chosen by the masters and co-master decision

2- all officers will listen to you

4- if the chief officer decides to leave (retire) he will be awarded for his efforts and always remembered in our hearts and loved .
5- before demoting or removing the cheif officer all officers and higher ranks will vote at our court ( guild hall) and he will have a fair trail ( this will happen if the cheif officer makes a big mistake )
Co-master : this is done with elections , each chief officer will be elected he will show us what is his
Plans(any promises that will be done must be done), members,recruiters,officers will vote one of the 2 chief officers will be chosen to be the co-master According to the votes .
The elections are done every 4 months , each chief officer can be co-master twice then he will move to the next rank .

Each hall of fame member will receive 300,000 gold as soon as he/she gets there
He/she is like the co-master yet better
He/she will always be remembered and respected !
He/she will be a judge in our court
Hints for being promoted from any rank to any rank :

Our court : the court is for trails , trails are only for officers and chief officers when they break our rules or contaminate our name , they judges are :
- Masters
- co-master
- hall of fame members
Each trail will end in a punishment or by announcing the patent of the accused (officer,chief officer)
And that is done by voting too
Farming :
In the first month we won't be that active in farming but after that we will be farming a lot!
Guild events :
1- 2 weeks raffle : this is done every 2 weeks on AL contest thread ( for our guild members only ) read more info there
2- questions and awards : at random times questions will be asked with stating the prize the first right answer will be awarded .
