Im just wondering how people get the crazy like sparkling armor, like the metal vanity bug theres is gold and sparkling. Like i saw on a mage today looked like a yellow flounder suit but it was shiny in what not. Help?

Oh yeah, and it does have a cool flame/smoke effect that is hard to see in this picture :) From season one. Not vanity.
