Hm..

That looks like buggy :/.. Chrome is often a source of bugs.. Maybe this will help?

My problem was that I couldn't connect to the server. I can play on another computer, even on my mobile using the same network. I tried to reinstall windows and I still couldn't play on both windows XP and 7. Once I created another user account, I can play. Why is that? It's because I have installed IDM(Internet Download Manager) and have enabled "Use advanced browser integration", which interfering with PL. Once I disable the function, I can play it without problem.
Therfore, for those who have IDM installed, and can't play PL.

Here is a solution!
1. Open IDM
2. Go to Download => Options
3. Uncheck "Use advanced browser integration"
4. Click "OK"
5. Restart your Google Chrome!

Enjoy!

Hm.. This is maybe due to your wifi?

Oh yes, this problem is kinda related with the Shockwave Flash plug-in and Sandbox feature. Disable both these components as a recommended solution. You won't experience Chrome crashes (http://chromecrashes.com/) anymore. Repair Chrome crash with the simple steps given below. Follow them one by one until your problem is completely fixed.

1. Right click Chrome icon, choose Properties.
2. Click Target, and then Shortcut.
3. Add "--no-sandbox" in the Target textbox.
4. Click Apply | OK.

Thereafter, disable Shockwave Flash plug-in:

1. Type "about:plugins" in the Address Bar.
2. Press ENTER.
3. Disable it.
