To Developers: AO3 contribute to Impolite environment

Alrite. I hope developers can make AO3 less stressful n minimum exlirs required. After lv 50 i understand most players want the best pinks for their characters. So what is wrong if we do not buy tank pots and die more often? I got into 3 different farming parties and this is what i experienced.

1. I will boot anyone who do not pot (tank exlir)
2. This party is all nubs! (when the entire party is wiped out by boss)
3. Hey "...", stop being being a noob by dieing time and again.

So, this is the community which make AO3 less fun than AO2 or AO1. If this continues and developers do nothing, gradually many players will leave this game due to bad community. Thank you.

Solutions from the devs' end:
1. Guild support in game, so people can play with people they know more easily.
2. Nerf the rush (would solve many problems with the game)
Solutions from the players' end:
1. Just don't play with these people. I join only random games that are obviously not rush farming, and maybe that's why I never see stuff like this. Occasionally I am invited to a rush, and don't mind participating, but that's with friends and is a different experience. Hardcore rush farmers are, in general, greedy and impatient people, so that's what you're risking getting involved in when you join those games.
