I was wondering about these. Sorry if they're newbish, but this is how we learn. ;)

1. If you reject someone's friend request, are they notified of that?

2. Same question for putting someone on ignore.

3. Bob is the owner of a party. Party is full. Bob leaves to make dinner/feed the chickens/polish his woodchuck. Does "ownership" for boot purposes go to someone else in the party? We were killing the Overlord this morning and a pally decided to nap thru 90% of it despite not being under the Overlord, a fighter having aggro and numerous revs being thrown their way. The "owner" of the group had left previous to that. The fates were kind and the napping pally got nothing in the drop. Nobody seemed to have a boot
button for him/her. :( Said pally got to hear many, many interesting comments about their attitude--probably not helpful, but it helped while away the time waiting for barrel respawns.

Thanking you in advance for your kind indulgence....

1) No
2) No
3) Somehow, but not sure how it works (may be next map as twink says, but not sure of how the new host is determined though may be highest level present, still there would be a lot of ties). Anyway, I've definitely been in games where someone was like "WTH, why do I have boot ability? It's not my game...", etc.

1. Thanks! Good to know.
2. Ditto.
3. Crap! Yeah, I hope that's fixed. between today's experience and winding up with an unkickable level 3(!) in AO2, it'd be a nice option to have.

I think that when moving to the next map, the first person to click "next level" gets "host" ability/status

Oh okay, that makes sense I guess...

Thanks, Gaabob and Royce! I'll have to experiment with that. Sadly, it wouldn't have helped with the two above scenarios--both the "owner" leaving and problem children arriving occurred in the span of a single level. :(

i DO remember getting host status once, so maybe it does appear after a map

the problem is that when the host leaves, and you cannot finish 'cause a inactive is taking important slot lol... or nub players...
