Is something wrong with platinum orders. I ordered 75 plat for $9.99 and it didn't give my plat. I tried two more times and even got an email saying my order was complete, and I have my plat. I have none on my account. Is Sts having probs and this happened to others? Or is it just me...

Restart your device and go on, and while it's loading it should say something like, "Completing purchases" and then you'll have it.

I have tried that and just did again. I got no message like that after waiting 10 minutes to see if the message was lagging. I still have no plat.

Just be careful you don't wanna spam click purchase a ton it might charge you more than you want to purchase :)

Google Wallet is an iOS app where if you put ur wallet up to the screen, it takes 10 dollars and gives u 75 plat

Oh ok. I'm not using it then. I don't use IOS for playing PL. It seems to work better on android.

I think I might have an idea on what happened to the plat. Things were changed recently with plat purchases on android where the in app purchases on any game go directly through the amazon app store since I play on a Kindle Fire. There is something wrong with the way this new thing works and. During the middle of a purchase the app store will crash and force close. That happened one of the tries but maybe there is other glitches with this new way of purchasing. Maybe if I purchase the plat through the PL site it will work. I'm not going to try this yet and just keep waiting. I wanted to see others oppinions on this first.

i dun do it nymore cuz of that reason scary, every so often they change something and it will hold up ur plat purchase for aloooooong time or not go thru..i use android to btw. if u can set up google account and then go to more button and select wallet or u can use paypal. that way it always works. if u use google wallet u have to set up ur debit/credit card in there

Doing it on the game sometimes is not as effective as doing it on the desktop. Always try useing the desktop since sometimes the game charges you but doesnt give you the plat. Its happened to me the 2 times I got 2k plat on the game instead of using the desktop like I have done it multiple times.

1. get an apple device (preferrably iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad Mini)
2. buy a gift card
3. Purchase platinum from the "purchase platinum" option in the store
4. It charges ur gift card and enjoy ur plat

True, I bought all my plats from "I" Device, It transfer ur plat right after we purchase it. So far I tap the button Once when Ibuy, Not multiple times :D
