i just joined the game 3-4 days ago and my friend told me some promo codes and i used /p underworldwarrior and the promo worked, but when I typed the /p onthebeach it said that i had already received the item, but i had never used it before :(

i deleted the horn because i didnt like it, what i really want is the beach antenna but i cannot get it. can any support team staff help me please?

If u have already received a beach antenna and have it on a different character or deleted it, it won't let you get another. It's one per account. Otherwise, a glitch maybe?

I don't know what are you talking about, but all promo codes are meant to work only once. That means if you have an account with 1, 5 or even 120 toons, you will still only get 1 item from a promo code.

Unless of course, you decide to play with another account and try to link the two together, but that might not work and could cause you more problems than solutions.

I wouldn't say my age if I were you^ And if you already got it, it's not going to be in the helms section. You have to click the vanity helms button on the far right of your inventory to be able to find it.

try submitting a support case. They have been really helpful if it is at all possible to get it back.

I guess I'll just quit the game :( it's always a hassle sending in support cases. I've had experience with that in 3 different MMORPG

He said: Sts forums AND Pl/any sts game is 13+
Just sayin.

Anyway, just email support, Gn0sis or someone else can confirm if you had gotten that item before. And possiboy recover it.
Tho when I deleted my char with 1k+ pots on it, asked support, never replied :/

I first tried out PL when I was 11 or so. Great game. It's just a rating and "recommended that you be 13+" for maturity and so you won't be crying when you see FH zombies attacking you.

I'll just give you a hooch hat or rabbit ears if you want. They look way cooler too. And you can receive antennas from the daily blessings on day 5 as well.

Day 5 doesnt grant beach antenna but other one like red/blue/brown/burgundy/orange/yellow/and multiple vanity emoticon shields or a combo elixer. Every 5 days it grants one of these.

I'll give you a hooch hat free. :) looks like a soda drinking hat
