my cousin has an ipod 4g 32gb and he did everything(reboot, restore, reset) and pocket is still crashing on startup. Anything could fix this

Try updating the iOS software or backup the iPod to your computer then restoring it.

he did about 10 times, lastest version, never jailbroken..
