Im curious about how ping works....
lets sayfor example, a guy with 200 ping attaks first than a guy who have 500 ping?

and also when you are lagging.... you still can die... so any chance to let this dont happen?, bcuz is quite annoying start lagging and the next thing you see is your death...

and... If i have a stable wifi connection(30mb speed).... why i start lagging?

Not about who attacks first. And I'm pretty sure that StS isn't going to make you "not die from lag," as it isn't their problem. And I dunno about last one, as I have 6mb Internet and don't really lag anymore. I suggest you take a look at this http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?98791-Identifying-Symptoms-Why-am-I-lagging

Think of ping as a delay with interaction of the server. If I recall correctly, 200 ping = .2 second delay between you and the server, 500 = .5, 1,000 = 1 second, etc.

Other factors besides connection speed come into play with ping times, I'm on an 80mbit connection but I will never see a ping time below 100 because there's a small puddle that gets in the way between me and the main server called the atlantic ocean :D

Ping is measured in ms delay on server. 1000 ping is 1sec delay

Ping is also the first part of a sports' name, pong is the other.
