Its a chest that sts will give to people who has spent $20 or more on this game. It doesn't cost plat to open. There is also VIP elixers

Occasionally Spacetime will give out VIP rewards to select accounts as a thank you for their patronage. We don't post a specific schedule of when we do this - it's more a nice thing we do from time to time. The VIP Chests with elixirs in them and VIP Crates have been given out previously.

i was just about to post i think u heard wrong there is no "vip crates" but i guess there is.... hope i get lucky one time
