Curse

So after they updated curse I was really skeptical about it. After they updated it again though, I learned that it quite vital for sorc to have in pvp in my honest opinion (for lower lvl at least I've noticed). One thing I would change about it though is to change sweeping curse to a debuff in armor. I feel like they made curse into a pvp skill so why not make it more valuable in pvp. This way, sorc wouldn't necessarily need an armor buff and would be able to actually hit well on warriors and rogues. Just my opinion. What do you guys think about curse now?

@jebus, i think its dmg is decent as is. only thing i dislike is the cooldown and amount of people being debuffed.

it isnt useless. heres how i understand the skill.

-the faster they hit the more dmg they take.
A top rogue can spam 5arrorws in a second or two. With the reflect dmg being applied you get decent reflected dmg + your attack skill dmg and gunshot. Owned!

It all depends on your playstyle/gears with me having no myth gears to boost my dmg to 340+, curse skill is better than lightning. But if i have all myth gears i would go for lightning.

i loved it at first but then people started getting wise and backed away when they saw me coming. If the range was better i would have kept it but as it is I went back to lightning. When I play rogue I keep in mind the mages who use curse and be sure to kite them and stay out of range.

Lol I use it for the debuffs mostly. I use a captains staff, curse, and orion and the debuffs stack. It's actually really nice ;D the added damage is just a bonus xD

Is curse good for pve or is it just useless?

Not useless in PvE. But it is better suited for PvP.
