Rouge Build

I've seen it a couple of times, people asking for rouge build help. So imma make a guide myself :o
Before I say it, I'd like to say the build is something you simply HAVE to practice with before you can master it.
It's the individual who can decide what they prefer, kay?
Example: a dagger rouge have to learn how to use bow, before the certain build works for them.
But anyways heres a a few different builds.

IMO

- PvE normal mobs -
Razor shield 1, 2 & 3 upgrade.
Shadow Veil max except expolde
Storm shot - all except crit increase
Max dmg passive
Max dec passive
Max evrything else passive you can, but try mana str and crit if possible :]

- PvE elite farming -
Max Aimed shot
Nox upgrade 10% extra dmg
Razor max except removing snare root effects yadda yadda
Shadow veil max except explode.
Max dex passive
Max str ab int if possible. Str first.
PS. Some so traps, if you do upgrade DoT and pull and create and extra trap thing ;)

- PvP Bow Rouge -
Max aim
Nox 10% extra dmg
Piercer nude
Medic packs max
Max dex
Max str
Max int

- Dagger rouge PvP -
Max aim
Nox 10% extra dmg
Razor shield 1, 2 & 3 upgrade
Packs max except self heal for caster.
Max dex
Max int
Max str

My PvP build isn't the one i posted because my combo is different, i can post it though.
That is just a basic setup for a bow rouger :]

Seems like if someone does all those things, they'd have to get almost every skill :/
SSS isn't worth it, when there's Nox Bolt that can hit the same amount of targets + DoT of 6 seconds.
But that is your opinion, I have only 4 skills which work for PvE Normal Maps, Elite Maps, Bow PvP, and Dagger PvP.
My build (lvl 30)
SP 3/5 (3 targets, health regain)
AS 5/5
Nox 5/5
CM 5/5
Max Dex
Max Int
Str 1/5 (so far)

I feel this build works for everything for me. What I use each skill for:
PvE -
SP - move quicker, health regain
AS - do damage
Nox - AoE, DoT
CM - heal myself and allies

PvP -
SP - combo with AS in 1v1 situations (fire AS and use SP immediately after)
AS - do damage
Nox - deliver DoT in group fights because of radius, use when AS is on cooldown in 1v1
CM - heal

When i said PvE kills i was thinking farming PvE kills not maps lol..
And i usually do it on camp boulder and there ira a 1 shot lol

Razor till 1 but I'm gonna тαкє 4 snare effects its better to do nodrs
passive ill тαкє max might and max knowledge but still pure dex
