TDM Death Penalty

Ive been doing ctf before, and now playing Trulle's Death Match, it was a good game, managed to get kills here and there. before the match ends, the opposing team all left, leaving only the troll for us to kill. I have the Troll Bane Achievement already so i too left the game. Then i looked at my TDM KDR and i gained 1 death. I suggest To please remove the death penalty for leaving the game. It ruins the KDR of good pvpers who have to leave just because the opposing team all left before the match ends.

You only get a death if you're in combat before leaving

Stand still for few seconds, let the posture be relaxed, then leave. you wont gain any deaths!

Just a question. What if you have the aggro of the troll but have not attacked in a long time or used any skills. Does the game still consider you in "combat" because you have the aggro of the troll, thus giving you a death when you leave the game?
