Quests won't show

I just finished doing all of my quests and now I don't have anymore and it takes forever to level up I looked everywhere in blackstar I can't find a single quest and it won't show it if I look at my quest menu. Help me please

Why level are you? You may have to level up still to reach next stage.

Yea lvl to 19 to enter numa and boom new quests

I started a new char and finished doing all my quests now when I go to blackstar the quest pointer wont show up or tell me where to go

Well since you were 18 your weren't allowed to enter numa till you hit 19 after that you will have more quests. And with that new character you probabaly have to level it still to enter the new map
