Haunted Manor instance bug: getting stuck in pillar

If you push the boss or any other bad guy into this pillar, they can't get out. If a player goes in there then they can't get out either.

Hi all.
Devs please, you must do something about the haunted mannor, each time we enter in, the boss is dead by other players.
So we pay for nothing.
Even if we paid 2000 gold, it's ok, but do something about the boss.
Or let us host that map.

Agreed, has to be fixed but you do not have to pay to get in. Ignore the skeleton. Just go to join game, game name Haunted Manor, search for games with no progress, join. If there are 55 bad guys left, then the boss is alive.
