L.61 pvp gear question

Ive recently started playing l.61 pvp with my bird, i have bought a l61 vamp set but i was wondering if i should 'upgrade' to a sanguine set? The stats arent much different but the price is, if anyone could give me any advice i would be extremely gratefull! Thanks.

Sanguine set is better, don't forget to add in the set bonus.

vamp gears does not make a set but sang does, mean if u equip all sangs together u will get set bonus.

I have known plenty of people who used (still use) Vampyr gear over Sanguine and do just fine. Yes, Sanguine has better overall stats and would be the better overall option if you can afford it, but it's not a necessity.

If you like to, upgrade. I was one of the poor nubs and didn't EVER buy sang, I had full vamp. I did just fine against everyone, and my KD was somewhat like 3k-2k, including lots of random FFA's and 66's fighting me.

Would consider buying sang, more dps/dmg/regen and hit% :-)

Best thing on sang is the 6 extra Hs regen. Which helps a lot during ctf and FFA. With vamp it's only good during 1v1 maybe but sang overall is better if you don't wanna lose against other classes with sets.

You can get vamp, and save up for a dragon set -_-" Yes, Vampyr isn't "as gud" but I'd still pick it over sang, because I get to prove I can still be one of the best as a nub. You don't have to be rich to be good, and I like to express it, as well as show others 61 pvp is fun without spending 1-5m gold.
