The 2nd Time No plat!

So a year ago I bought $50 with itunes, redeemed bought the plat, got the confirmation that I bought it, got subtracted the amount from my account, but no plat, after months of messaging samhayne and sts they said it was apple's fault. Samhayne was the most helpful, did everything possible. This time same thing but with google play! I bought a $50 card redeemed it and bought it, said purchase failed, yet the money was gone. Said to try In 30minutes, but the money was gone..I let it go last time, cause I mean its only $50. But now its $100 worth of missing plat. What should I do...?

I am not sure what to say about the iTunes purchase. You should have been in touch with Apple about it, since it is something of a black box to us. For purchases through Google Play, we have more visibility into it. Check out the below link for what to do. So actually I got my money back, but when I went to repurchase the 800 plat, it said it was considered "high risk, please try again In 30 mins" any ideas anyone?

This happened to me as well. It has to be sorted out via the money provider. I.e. your bank.

I lost trust in apple, and besides if something goes wrong with apple again, Sts can't dig into it. They have more room to work with Google than Apple.

What has apple ever done? Lol anyways I always use an iTunes card and buy plat and I received it within seconds. It should work easy.
