I don't think so. I say this because from what I can tell sts is thinking real hard about what to do with next cap and what to not do again. Therefore 36 cap may be a month or so away. So for equal opportunity, we might get another dub xp event

Had one, yes we have. Had one where it was announced from sea to shining sea it was your last chance to make elite 31 before the cap? We have not. Talk to the fat chick in the tent for a full rant on why this is necessary.
