Locked problem

I opened 5 locked crates and i got 3 common(2000 gold) with these crates,what is that,can you give me an explanation,it says about legendary,mythic or arcane item.

I've also received gold only chests which is annoying knowing I could have sold it for 20k+ and saved 15 platinum.

I dont think it is fair enough,as the guy before said i could sell it 20k,there is no reason i should open crates
