Guild Rules Board?

Perhaps it's too complicated to implement, but I think an editable guild rules board in the guild hall would be a great addition to guild functionality. And maybe have only the guild leader be allowed to edit?

Yea LEADERBOARD SHOULD change to rules board if you give 5000g and buy it
