No. Game levels are only dependent on the host not the people who join. The answer is the games merge with other PvP games, even if they're of a different level.

Actually it came when the humania cap came. It was in the bsm cap that people really started noticing it.

I believe it was actually the client update that changed the UI that it happened? That was on June 19th, 2012 which was more than a year ago.

I'm not sure this is the official way but when a team reaches 8 points someone leaves and remakes with a toon at 5 or less levels then host at same map then the game becomes higher or lower when new round starts
