I just came back, few questions

Hey guys josh here, so I must came back and decided to totally start over, making 3 new toons, one at a time. Starting my chars over from scratch so I get used to al again, and I have a few questions.

1.) does anyone wanna lvl new chars with me :redface:
2.) what is the fastest way for me to lvl from 1-31 quickly, without buying elixirs
