60 Minute Combo Elixir Not Stackable?

I noticed a few days ago the Combo Elixir added a statement on the info link stating that it "does not stack". Has this always been the case? I it thought always stacked with re-roll and luck pendant or does it not? Is this something new or have I always overlooked this statement?

How would it stack with luck re-roll if it comes with it? And yes, it does stack with the 15% from the luck pendant.

You should be able to stack the 60min combo elixer with the 30min luck elixer and the new luck pendant. See below link:

Also you can stack the 30min luck elixers with the luck elixers that you get from your dailies (eg Klaus). The only caveat that I have noticed is that you need to be running a luck elixer before you get your daily to stack them, because if you try to buy the 30min luck lixer after you get a luck elixer for your daily you cannot do it :(.
