Cant buy platinums

I cant buy platinums using my itunes account.. I created a new itunes account and load it with $50 using itunes card.. But when i buy platinums in arcane legens i cant buy.. I already reinstall the app.. But still cant. Need help badly.. Thanks..

happened with me but on andriod i think u must close the app and re open or turn the phone off then turn it back on that must be the problem

Which one was it. I've heard that the bigger purchases sometimes don't work on different iTunes cards. Just pass me ur acc and ill try from my iTunes :redface:
