He hack an account he loggin and take 30 millions by trade...

Uhh the hacker used ultimate secret hack technology and hacked into arcane server and some how took his account.

One does not simply hack into Arcane Legends and take account info from customers. You must have given out your info, which is against the ToS. I'm not sure if they can even do anything now. You can still try to submit a request at support.spacetimestudios.com That's your best shot.
