i think arcane legends should have an official time.. before expansions arcane legends' gm should give us a time . exp: ''we have an expansion on 5pm with US time'' .. most of the online games have their official times on their websites. its 29aug but still there is no expansion.. and we wont know when new gap will open...

You guys have GOT to be kidding! It is utterly impossible to guess release time. It happens when it happens. Get used to it.

Final tests come before release. Of any bugs found, they are ranked according to level of importance. The devs keep coding, building, retesting every day. As they come down to golden release, they have a specific hit list they need to make. Until that happens, they won't release.

It has been shown that early release of an inferior product only embarasses your company, drives away customers, and besmirches your good name. So the highest priority is to kill all embarassing bugs. Until that happens, release won't happen, even if it means a delay.

And they KNOW they won't lose customers by making them wait one more day. They will only lose us if they release a crappy product. So they will test, test, test and only release when it passes.

Once the server is down (and the leaderboard position can no longer change), we take a snapshot of the leaderboard to determine the winners. Then we wipe the leaderboard, and when the server comes back up, the season 5 leaderboard starts out empty.

Ah, I'm sorry I don't think I explained the problem thoroughly enough. Those of us on kindle, I'm unsure of other devices, cannot login using the Google Plus option because the Google play store is not available on our devices. Previous to the last update it worked fine, but now if one attempts to login with it a message pops up that asks to "Verify that the Google Play store has been successfully installed" or some such.
