The Power of Gleipner?

I may have misspelled it lol but for some reason whenever I try to host "Kraken Mines" The Captain says she needs the power of Gleipner. I think she means the amulet? If this is true how do I get that amulet?
I've done every quest, and killed every boss. What am I doing wrong...?

It's a kraken quest. Unfortunately you are going to have to kill bloodhammer again... Look at the below link for a description of the quest:

I did all the quests from Gypsy Rose and did the BloodHammer one but never got the quest to receive the amulet.
