So, i get off work to see that my device is perm banned...of course it's a friday night so i'll have to wait until monday to get an answer on why -_-

It's probably because a person that used your device got their account banned. Email support@spacetimestudios.com and see what they can do.

Happened to me, I email for help. I get back "Banned for violation of TOS" I'm like... Uh what did I do my account is still active but my device is unplayable for all games.

I already sent in a ticket..and i'm not even sure if my account is banned or not

It might not be your account. It's someone that played on your device that got banned so your device is banned.
