OK so I finish the quest up to the part where I have to go “trick or treat” 28 town’s people… I got that part and after I don’t know where to go…. Is the quest over???
I don’t think it is because I still cannot open the Haunted mansion map in my “crest games” menu….
My questions is.. where do I go next???

oh will try that thanks... I've been looking for the Exclamation mark on top of people's heads but ddint see anything...

OK not working... I went to halloween hal and mcduffy in balefort castle and both nothing... see below...

Did you already get it when you were talking to him about finishing the Trick or Treat" one? Not to be an idiot here, but have you checked your quest log?

The quest is Crushing Pumpkins or something like that. If you've already done it, when you go to the mansion door, it will say you can't go in and "Rats", which means supposedly you finished, though who would know. At this point, to get into the mansion again, talk to Shifty. He is right there. Near the door.

The Haunted Mansion is in Glumdoll Cemetary. Just follow the road a bit until you start seeing broken pumpkins. Then follow the pumpkin trail until you see a shifty (and greedy) skeleton. :)
Out of curiosity, are you still wearing a purchased costume when talking to Halloween Hal?
