Yes, I did suggest this a while ago in my list of suggestions thread.

I really think it'd be nice to have an option to turn on a universal gold feature so that all your gold shows up, and is available amongst all your characters. This would help a lot of trips to stash, people complaining about deleting a character with gold on it, etc. Any feedback? Thanks!

Also, in the update a long long time ago that made gold stash able, in the road map it said potions and good will be stash able. Is it just me or are pots not stash able?

I have to agree with this. For the longest time, I had no idea one of my twinks was sitting on 150K, which is a TON of money to me.

Haven't thought of the gold cap part, but if it was an option people wouldn't have to worry about that. :)
