I heard dev(s) confirmed somewhere tht mythic helms n armors will be upgraded nxt expansion. But i just cant find tje post where that has been said. So id really appreciate link or something. Thanks.

As I understand it, yes there is a plan to have characters that have acquired the previous Mythic Helm and Mythic Armor to have a means to upgrade them to level 36 items.

We never promised that Arcane items would be upgradable at all and we never promised that Mythics would be upgradable in every expansion. Not sure where you are getting this information.
