Help with leveling up to 23.

I need to find a place where I can level up from 18 to level 23 in less than 4-5 hours. Can anyone suggest a spot for me?

grinding in wt3 or wt4 is the best place at that lv. You can reach that goal faster with some double exp elixirs.
