Is the screen suppose to be cut off the top? It seems like the name is cut... or is it just me?

So you are on chrome, you probably zoomed in accidentally.
Just go to chrome options and zoom back to 100%.
On a side note I usually play on 80% zoom in, so I caneasily switch between tabs without being on fullscreen.

Actually I think that u can play fullscreen without anything cut off if u zoom it to 90%
