Sorry about the first one idk what happened to it. Anyways, this is my first guide I've ever made so pls leave some constructive criticism.
What u need to do is make a lvl1 Mage and disable the experience gain. Once you've done that host a new game at the first map in forest haven. When u get there all u do is run straight through the mobs. At the end of the map there is Meathead kill him and you will be awarded with a recipe. CAUTION. This might not work the first time try it again and you will get one in a couple of runs.
Now that you know what to do go try it :D this is what it looks like.
