Hi i had an account lvl 76 with like 1m worth of items and i try to login and it says.would you like to create an account with this email... so i got on my other account amy my lvl 76 still shows as a friend so,, i emailed PL support email over a week and a half ago but no response? Please help

It means your accounts email was changed if toy had nothing to do with it you gave away your email. Or it was magically "Hacked"

You also need to remember that if you change your email in one game all games are changed
