Ive recently made a guild with 2 others, so we are all the masters. But i think it would be good if we could promote and demote people in the top officer
position. And this could help out any other people in a similar situation.

I wouldnt really say ''Top Officer'' but I like the idea. It should really be a ''Vice Officer'' or ''Vice Captain'' or something. Despite having Recruiters and Officers, there should be more promotions.

Exactly,Co-Leader should be one of the new ranks in the "Guild System".

1=Highest Rank 6= Lowest Rank
1. Master: Can promote/demote anyone, for any title. Can kick. Can recruit.
2. Co-Master: Same as Master, except cannot kick/demote Master.
3. Chief Officer: Can promote/demote anyone except Master & Co-Master, for Officer title only. Can kick any one lower than (including) officer rank. Can recruit.
4. Officer: Can only promote anyone, for Officer title. Can kick anyone lower than (not including) officer rank. Can recruit.
5. Recruiter: Can only recruit.
6. Member: Is part of the guild.
Just some ideas people can expand on. d:

Perhaps a Deputy position ^^
It would be interesting to have all kinds of roles thus more representation.

Top officers could promote/demote as well, just not be able to disband the guild?

Dont want officer to have promoting skills ( and thats too promotion to officer?? ) only master co master and chief officer can have the abilitys,, also only the master can have disbanding powers
