Does anyone know what the elite level cap armour is called it looks like the whole persons a vampire, can you please comment what that vanity set is called please? and its not the world war z vanity set either.

First you need to be 76. Then you need to complete some of the quest in black smoke mountain for it to appear. Once you completed a good amount of quest (not sure how much) you go to lost valley. At the end of lost valley you will see a guy there and he will give you the quest. You have to kill the Elite Red Dragon 76 times. Good luck it takes long... Glad I did mine during double damage weekend.
Ah, I also want it the only way to get back my old classy crow look, without sacrifising current one.

And for further info, the Shadow Minion Disguise is required to do the Elite Onyx Quest. Other than that, it's just decorative.
