Hi sts i play PL and I don't get free platinum on nativeX I install a app and I run it and then i go to PL and i dont get the platinum offer:( .Can you please fix it :).

You have to contact customer support at NativeX for platinum granting issues from their offers.
It can take a while to get it sometimes. If it's been a few hours since you fulfilled the offer , try their support.
