Okay, I know the Void Set is Jacob's Helm, Wrath Armor, and Mega Blaster. I see my pretty gold sparkles... But can anyone tell me exactly what the set bonus is? I tried to figure out what bonus stats I'm receiving and so far I'm drawing a blank.

Take out one of the set piece and write down your stats then to those stats and the listed stats of the removed item. Then add it back and compare stats now with what you have added up, that should be the set bonus.

From what I've noticed, 3 armor, 10 damage, 7 crit.

Yeah. It is a bonus after all so I can't complain. Though if its a "Set" bonus, it seems quite small.

Also seems to add +1 heath regen and +3 hit.
