Bael Axe Proc

so anyone tried its proc?
m jst confused about its proc.
it says "enemies armour debuff per swing"
what it actually means?
will it debuff enemy armour hitting by axe per atack?
if it is that then i say it is pretty cool proc. jst use auto attack nd enemy armour debuff stacks lol. good at elite boss.
any thoughts?

Hopefully they implement the training dummies idea soon (see the thread in the suggestions forum for details). Otherwise, test the axe out with a buddy in PvP to get exact details on the debuff.
